Shipping and Delivery
- We offer free UK delivery by Royal Mail 2nd class for orders over £100.00.
- Orders less than £100.00 will be charged at a flat rate of £5.00 for Royal Mail 2nd class.
- For any rush orders required by a specific date, we can offer an express delivery at £9.95. Please email us directly at info@4thewedding.co.uk before you place your order to check stock availability of the item (s) required.
- We hold some items in stock and dispatch immediately. We aim to despatch/deliver within 5-7 working days. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of an approximate dispatch date within 2 days of receiving your order, if the item is significantly delayed we will put it item on back order or a full refund will be offered.
- Some of our products are shipped from Europe and as such can be delayed for various reasons, customs, transport, weather. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
- HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW APPROX 14 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
- Any bespoke items make take a little longer, we will inform you of a delivery date on placing order, otherwise please email your enquiry prior to ordering.
