Please read the information carefully before placing any orders on this site. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and condition listed below
We do not keep customers debit/credit card details here at 4thewedding. Our secure payment service is provided by PayPal.
Shipping and Delivery
- We offer free UK delivery by Royal Mail 2nd class for orders over £100.00.
- Orders less than £100.00 will be charged at a flat rate of £5.00 for Royal Mail 2nd class.
- For any rush orders required by a specific date, we can offer an express delivery at £9.95. Please email us directly at email@example.com before you place your order to check stock availability of the item (s) required.
- We hold some items in stock and dispatch immediately. We aim to despatch/deliver within 5-7 working days. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of an approximate dispatch date within 2 days of receiving your order, if the item is significantly delayed we will put it item on back order or a full refund will be offered.
- Some of our products are shipped from Europe and as such can be delayed for various reasons, customs, transport, weather. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
- HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW APPROX 14 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
- Any bespoke items make take a little longer, we will inform you of a delivery date on placing order, otherwise please email your enquiry prior to ordering
Returns and Refunds
- We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us online at 4thewedding, but if you change your mind for any reason we are happy to refund/exchange any unsuitable items.
- Please notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return items.
- You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with any returns.
- A full refund (excluding initial delivery charge, if one was applied) will be given providing the items are returned unworn, unused or unopened, free of smells, marks, stains. All labelling and packaging must be intact.
- Please ensure returned items are received by us within 7 days of notifying us of intention to return.
- When an order has been sent in time for a specific ‘Wear Date’, the items will NOT be refunded if we are notified of return AFTER the wear date
- Refunds will be processed and issued as soon as possible, using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
- Exchanges will be sent out once the original goods have been received with us unless another new order is made.
- In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you is faulty, damaged or sent in error, please advise us ASAP or within 3 working days of having received the item at firstname.lastname@example.org, where our customer service team will be happy to help.
- Please note, we are unable to accept any Special-Order items such as bespoke for a refund unless the item is faulty
